Renovation of a day care center in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The replacement of flooring and ceilings, HVAC systems, and all lighting; and the renovation of fire protection and fire alarm systems. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The City of Quincy, on behalf of the Department of Public Buildings, is seeking sealed bids for the Unit Ventilator and AHU Upgrade at the Early Childhood Center. The General Contractor must be DCAMM certified in the category of General Building Construction. Sub Bid Category Acoustical Tile, Electrical, HVAC, Lath & Plaster, Painting, Plumbing, & Resilient Floors The work includes, but is not limited to: the replacement of flooring, ceilings, HVAC systems, all lighting, renovation of fire protection and fire alarm systems. The total project is estimated to cost $3,407,543.40.
