The City of Quincy, acting on behalf of the Department of Public Buildings, is seeking sealed re-bids for On-call Elevator Service and Repair. Estimated Cost $50,000.00 Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The City of Quincy aims to partner with a qualified and responsible company who provides emergency, preventative, and routine elevator service and repair, to be provided to the City of Quincy acting through its Department of Public Buildings for both School and Municipal Buildings. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and all other things necessary for maintenance and repair of elevators and elevator systems for Municipal and School buildings as directed by the Commissioner of the Department of Public Buildings, or its designee in accordance with the requirements and needs of the City of Quincy. All work must comply with applicable safety and environmental standards.
