Site work for a water / sewer project in Magnolia, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sewer line and water line improvements for the Magnolia Housing Authority. The Contractor shall leave all houses operational and sewer service operational at the end of every work day. The Contractor will be responsible for repair of any sidewalks, grass area, streets, building, curbs, handrails, concrete swales, etc. that is damaged during construction. Contractor shall route sewer lines around trees or remove trees as required by the PHA. The contractor shall provide and install a 12,000 BTUH Minimum, 115 volt window A/C unit for temporary A/C service when the outside condensing unit is removed during construction at locations shown on the plans. All gravity main sewer lines and manholes shall be tested in accordance with these specifications prior to placing the lines in service. All main water lines shall be pressure tested and sterilized in accordance with these specifications prior to placing the lines in service. The dwelling units that are on site are all occupied and shall remain occupied during construction.
