Design-build construction services to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary for the installation and testing of patient ceiling lift systems. The work is a two-phase design-build procurement issued under a single solicitation, with Phase One used to evaluate and select offerors eligible to submit Phase Two proposals using a tradeoff approach. Construction magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 under NAICS 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The requirement is a total small business set-aside restricted exclusively to SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), in accordance with 38 U.S.C. Part 74. No pre-proposal or site visit will be conducted during Phase One.
