Renovation of a power facility in Benton, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a power facility.

The work consists of a two-phase design-build effort to replace the existing service elevator at the Harry S. Truman Power Plant. The contractor shall perform all tasks required for design, construction, commissioning, and project closeout, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove the existing elevator and install a new service-only, industrial-rated elevator with a minimum weight capacity of 4,500 pounds. The new elevator will not be required to meet ADA requirements, and hoist power reliability will be prioritized over speed. Work will be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract and evaluated in accordance with RFO Part 15 procedures. The project includes completion of all associated testing, commissioning, and documentation to deliver a fully functional service elevator system. The estimated period of performance is 540 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with an estimated construction magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
