Renovation of a power facility in Warsaw, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Demolish the existing electric traction service elevator at the Truman Powerhouse and provide and install a new electric traction service elevator along with new circuits and new controls. All equipment and materials provided by the contractor shall be new. The elevator shall be Class C1 with a load rating of 4,500 lbs. or higher. The contractor is required to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings for a design-build elevator replacement project supporting the Harry S. Truman Dam Powerhouse. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 540 calendar days. The Bidder inquiry date has changed to 7 July 2026, 12:00 PM, local Kansas City time; the system will be unavailable for new inquiries after this date and time.
