Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Cth Zz to Lower Wyoming Road The pavement and structure needs treatment to extend their service lives. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 6.3 miles of STH 23 from CTH ZZ to Lower Wyoming Road in Iowa County. Resurface the roadway, update beam guard as needed, replace or repair culverts as necessary, improve intersection safety at STH 130 and address maintenance needs on B-25-0078. Ten culvert replacements are anticipated. The intersection improvement at STH 23 and STH 130 is anticipated to include adding a dedicated left turn lane from STH 23. The anticipated structure work on B-25-0078, pedestrian structure over STH 23, includes replacement of pedestrian fencing/ railing, applying a methacrylate flood seal to the deck and spot painting associated with fence installation Anticipated Construction Cost: $6,000,000-$6,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
