The work will involve testing all relevant components, adjusting flow rates to achieve specified performance, and verifying the correct operation of the entire system. Bidders must submit quotes electronically including a completed SF 1449, a detailed price breakdown (not exceeding one page) separating costs for major tasks such as system review and inspection, initial performance testing, component adjustment and balancing, thermostat and control verification, final performance verification, deficiency report, and labor hours and wages. A technical proposal (not exceeding two pages) is also required, providing a step-by-step description of how the work will be performed, a list of major materials and equipment including technician and firm certification and test instruments list with calibration certificates, and a high-level timeline showing all work to be completed within the required period of performance. Do not submit any unnecessary documents or promotional materials; only provide the specifically requested information.
