Clallam County and City of Port Angeles invite interested and qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Joint Public Safety Facility located at 2100 W Edgewood Dr., Port Angeles, WA 98363. Bids will be hand delivered and received by the Clerk of the Board in the Board of the Commissioners Office at the County Courthouse, 223 East 4th Street, Room 150, Port Angeles, WA 98362. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and initially verified for completeness. The Owner reserves the right to ascertain full compliance with the bid proposal requirements in a more detailed review after the public bid opening. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting bids. Pre-bid conferences and site walks are part of the instructions provided. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
