Site work for a mixed-use development in Port Angeles, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of ADA compliant sidewalks, replacement of existing pavement, construction of storm drainage conveyance systems, tree demolition, concrete demolition and replacement, asphalt pavement demolition and replacement, storm drainage line connections, new piping and drainage structures, new striping, and new curb construction. Sealed bids will be received at the North Olympic Library System administrative office. Bid documents may be obtained from ARC Reprographics, either electronically or in hard copy. A certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the total base bid is required with each bid. It is the responsibility of the bidder to confirm the most current prevailing wages. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids and to waive any irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn except with the express permission of the Owner, unless the award is delayed more than 45 days. Anticipated Award Date: March 09, 2026
