The City of Port Angeles and Clallam County are seeking qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide project and construction management services within the scope of the general definition of professional practice in RCW 18.43. The primary focus is to provide project and construction management services during the construction and closeout of the Joint Public Safety Facility. The agreement will also provide for third-party Special Inspections included and specified within the construction documents. Submit two copies of the full Statement of Qualification in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Joint Public Safety Facility Construction Administration Services.” The envelope must contain all required documents at the time of submittal. No SOQ will be accepted after the submittal time. Upon submittal, SOQ will be marked with the time and date received and then secured until public bid opening. SOQ must be received no later than 2 p.m. on the due date. Disadvantaged business enterprises as defined in Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 at 49 CFR Part 23 will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
