AMENDMENT 01 - ISSUED 27 MAY 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to: Change the Site Visit requirement from "mandatory" to "highly encouraged". All other terms and conditions, including the quote due date of June 11th, 2026 at 3 pm PDT, remain unchanged. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and services necessary to perform a full system inspection and rebalancing of the building heating system. Work includes testing all relevant heating system components, adjusting flow rates to achieve specified performance, and verifying correct operation of the entire system. The contractor shall conduct inspection, initial performance testing, component adjustment and balancing, thermostat and control verification, final performance verification, and preparation of a deficiency report, in accordance with the solicitation's scope of work and specifications. The effort is intended to ensure the heating system operates properly and meets required performance criteria. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Port Angeles, 1 Ediz Hook Road, Port Angeles, WA 98362. Questions regarding the statement of work (SOW) will be forwarded to the technical expert for an accurate response.
