The work consists of providing eight (8) surge tanks. Bidders must ensure the gas tanks (inert) meet the following requirements: 10,000 psi rating, resistance to corrosion (stainless steel construction), 2.5 gallon capacity with a tolerance of plus or minus 0.25 gallons, and 9/16" MP ports. Quotations must address all requirements and qualified parts included in the RFQ and SOW, and provide verification or certification addressing these requirements. Quotes must include all applicable costs and any relevant certifications or qualifications demonstrating the ability to fulfill the requirements. Quote packages must be submitted on company letterhead and include the official company name, lead time for the items, point of contact including name and phone number, DUNS number, and Cage Code. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to melissa.l.buchanan4.civ@us.navy.mil, by Thursday May 28th, 2026, 10:00 AM EST. All responses will be provided at COB on Monday, June 1st, 2026.
