Respondents may submit qualifications for hydraulic elevator projects, specialty elevator projects, or both. The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is to prequalify contractors with the experience, resources, and capability to bid on and perform construction services for individual projects as needed. The scope of services includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and related items required to upgrade, improve, or replace the City's elevators and lifts. Project Priority #1: The Museum elevator modernization is a turnkey project involving the full modernization of two elevator cabs, including coordination with the City's fire and intrusion alarm contractor. Specifications for this project are included in Attachment C. (2026) Additional projects may include, but are not limited to: _ Fleet - door operator repair (2026) Development Services Center - modernization (2027) _ Fleet - modernization (2028) _ Memorial Building, Recreation - LULA replacement (2029)
