The Ivy Creek Innovation Park Sites A & B Development Projects bid is comprised of three projects: Ivy Creek Innovation Park Access Road; Site B Graded Pad; Site A Graded Pad- Phase 1 & 2. These are three separate projects, but will be constructed concurrently and are all a component of the Ivy Creek Innovation Park Master Plan. These projects are funded by City funds, VDOT Economic Access funds, and VEDP VBRSP funds. The road project begins at the existing cul-de-sac of Lynchpin Lane in the Park. The road extends to the south for 1,300 LF and provides access to undeveloped Pad Sites A & B. The road project will include new roadway, sidewalks, sidewalk ramps, curb and gutter, stormwater management, water and sewer extensions, conduit and bases for new street lights, and landscaping. The Site B project will include the bulk grading of Site B inclusive of 2 sediment/stormwater ponds and site stabilization. The Site A- Phase 1 & 2 project will include bulk grading of a portion of Site A including a sediment basin and site stabilization. Site A will be utilized as the borrow source for the Access Road and Pad Site B projects. The bidded projects shall be constructed in accordance with the latest edition of the City of Lynchburg Manual of Specifications and Standard Details and the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications.
