Description

Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a military facility in Kapolei, Hawaii. Completed plans call civil work for a military facility.

Proposed scope of work consists of, but not limited to, concrete demolition, civil site work, prepping, grading, and paving of approximately 235,000 square feet of earth within the Kalaeloa parking lot. Demolition includes cold planing existing pavement and excavating 3 inches of base. Preparation includes surveying and preparing grade with existing slope to ensure runoff locations. Installation includes filling and compacting 3 inches of base coarse, installing tack coat, and installing a 3-inch layer of State Hot Mix Asphalt #3. Questions and Requests for Clarification regarding the Technical Specifications or any other aspect of the IFB must be submitted via HIePRO by June 9, 2026
