The District is requesting bids from qualified people or firms for Closed Circuit Televised Inspections and Jet Cleaning Services. The work shall consist of jet cleaning (as required), line inspection, line locating, and inspection reports (televising video and televising report) for segments of the Little Blue Valley Sewer District Interceptor system as identified by District staff. The District gravity lines, totaling 88 miles vary in size from 8" to 126" in diameter. The Contract shall be awarded on a unit cost basis with exact scope determined after award by District staff. Little Blue Valley Sewer District Hereby Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Irregularities in Any Bid, and to Select the Bid Deemed the Best, Responsive, Responsible Bid. Bidders Agree Rejection or Waiver is Without Liability By the District for Claims or Damages Because of Rejection or Waiver, and to Seek No Recourse Against the District Therefore. Submission of a Bid Shall Constitute Agreement by the Bidder to the Above Conditions.
