The work includes replacement of the sanitary sewer under 2nd Street SE near 16th Avenue SE, reconstruction of roadway segments on 2nd Street SE and 16th Avenue SE with new concrete curb and gutter, upsizing of the storm sewer system, replacement of an aging watermain and sanitary sewer to current City standards, and related utility and street improvements.
