Renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project was awarded to Empire Contractors, awarded amount is not available. Sealed Proposals are requested for furnishing all materials and performing all labor in accordance with the contract documents for Courthouse Exterior Improvements in Posey County. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder's name and address and project identification. Plans and Specifications are available from MACO - Evansville Blue or by accessing the specified website. Registered account holders may download digital files for a nominal fee. Bidders may purchase up to two printed sets of bidding documents with a refundable deposit if returned in good condition within ten days after the bid deadline. If documents are returned late or in unusable condition, the deposit will be forfeited. Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting at the project site. The Work consists of the following: 1. Window replacement, paint portions of the exterior, rework limestone steps and replace lighting. All questions must be submitted by no later than 5:00 pm CDT on Thursday, May 28th.
