Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Amherst, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide a complete installation of all work as shown on Sheet A-1 Key Plan, and A-2 Wall Detail Sheet. Remove existing drywall and replace with Ballistic panels and cover with 5/8 drywall finish and paint. Remove and match existing cove base. Make adjustment to existing wood trim and reuse. This contractor is required to cut openings for Electrical Outlet Boxes & Data Outlet Boxes. The JCC will work with contractor to extend all electrical and data openings. Contractor responsible for removing all debris and keeping the area clean by the end of the shift. Submit any questions in writing only to bob@k1architecture.com during the bidding process . All work to be performed weekdays between the hours of 6am-5pm
