Reference Number 0000428909 The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to provide Liquid Sodium Hydroxide 50% Solution (NaOH) as described within this bid document. We are requesting pricing for both a six-month term and a twelve-month term. The term will be awarded based on the best interests of the Town. Our projected annual usage is 4,950 gallons and the actual quantities ordered will be on an as-needed basis dependent on usage. Bid Instructions: Four (4) copies of the proposal are required. All four (4) bid packets may be placed in one sealed envelope. In each of the four (4) bid packets being submitted, EACH page requiring a signature, must be an original signature, and must be signed in BLUE INK. If you are submitting bids for more than one job, please put in separate envelopes, marked with the Bid number. Bid Bond (Formal Bid) 5%
