Reference Number 0000428899 The Town of Amherst ("TOA") Water Pollution Control Facility ("WPCF") is seeking bids from qualified respondents that can deliver bulk liquid oxygen, specification: >=99.5% assay to our WPCF. Our intent is to utilize this contract to obtain liquid oxygen when our onsite oxygen generation plant is down for service and/or possible equipment failures. Bid Instructions: Four (4) copies of the proposal are required. All four (4) bid packets may be placed in one sealed envelope. In each of the four (4) bid packets being submitted, EACH page requiring a signature,must be an original signature, and must be signed in BLUE INK. If you are submitting bids for more than one job, please put in separate envelopes, marked with the Bid number. Bid Bond (Formal Bid) 5%
