MTCC is seeking to retain a qualified Service Provider to deliver comprehensive Turnkey Escalator Upgrade Services for the refurbishment or replacement of several escalators. The Service Provider will act as an independent advocate and advisor, defining project scope, negotiating project costs, mitigating risks, accelerating project delivery, and driving scheduling efficiencies on behalf of MTCC. Proponents may attend an optional site visit. The date and time will be provided at a later stage. The purpose of the meeting is to provide a guided tour of each work site and to address any questions related to the scope of work.
