Construction of updates to the City of Clifton park, including play area equipment for children ages 6 months to 12 years. Features include crawling tubes/tunnels, slides, play/activity panels, climbers, platforms, picnic tables, play houses, kaleidoscopes, towers, zip lines, ground cover, sidewalks, concrete, and rebar. Equipment for two play areas one for children ages 6 months to 5 years; one for children ages 5 years to 12 years of age. Play areas will include, but not be limited to crawling tubes/tunnels, slides, play and activity panels, climbers, platforms, child size picnic table, play house, kaleidoscope, towers, and other general playground activities. Also, ground cover, border/sidewalks, concrete, rebar, standalone activities such as zip line, or similar will be included. Will be bid with optional equipment Installation. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The City of Clifton is accepting sealed bids for new playground equipment to be placed within the Berner Memorial Park within Clifton, Kansas, as outlined in the attached specifications. The project is partially funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The playground equipment bid should include all equipment and delivery to the designated park location. Installation will be bid as an alternate.
