Paving for a road / highway in Burlington, Kansas. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of approximately one mile of 3-foot road widening and 2-inch Hot Mix (24-foot width) overlay on Old 50 Highway, extending from Lynx Road to 75 Highway. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents will be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addendum mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addendum will be binding. Oral or other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
