Project Description The Work Generally Consists of Furnishing, Installing, Testing, and Placing Into Operation a Complete Quad Plex Water Softening System, Including All Associated Appurtenances And Related Work Required For a Complete and Operational System. This System Will Be Installed in The Coffey County Law Enforcement Center in Mechanical Room 184. The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Supervision, And Services Necessary To Complete the Project. Work Includes, but is Not Limited to, the Following: Quad Plex Water Softening System (4) Resin Tanks And (1) Brine Tank Water Softening Tanks And Controls Piping and Fittings Piping Insulation Drain Piping Pipe Supports and Hangers System Testing and Startup Operation and Maintenance Manuals Manufacturer's Warranties Flushing of Existing Water Softening System and Associated Equipment Prior to Installation Furnishing and Installation of a New 120v, 20a Electrical Circuit to the Northeast Chase Wall Installation of a New Receptacle for the New Water Heater All Incidental and Miscellaneous Work Necessary for a Complete and Operational Installation. The Successful Bidder Shall Comply With All Applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws, Regulations, Ordinances, and Licensing Requirements.
