This Request for Information is issued solely for market research purposes to identify sources capable of providing cleaning, surveying, and reporting services for the storm drain system within the Cantonment Area at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The requirement includes furnishing all management, labor, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform storm drain cleaning and detailed surveying. The scope of work encompasses CCTV inspections of the storm drain infrastructure, collection and updating of geospatial (GIS) data, preparation of drawings for surveyed culverts, and development of a comprehensive written study report documenting findings and system conditions. Interested vendors are directed to review the Performance Work Statement and appendices for detailed technical and reporting requirements. Information submitted in response will be used to assess market capabilities and support the development of a potential future acquisition, with no contract award or reimbursement resulting from this RFI. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
