Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) is seeking sealed bids for roofing replacement at the Educational Service Center. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the contract documents and accompanied by a bidder's bond or a certified or cashier's check for no less than 5% of the bid amount. A sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder or its employees and any member of the MISD School Board, Administration, or Staff must also accompany the bid. Bids received after the deadline or lacking the required documentation will be rejected. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities, accepting the bid that best serves its interests. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the project site.
