Site work and paving for a development in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Proposer shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform road grading maintenance on City-maintained direct access roads at six locations in the Arroyo Conejo open space in compliance with applicable federal and state permits and environmental regulations. Question Deadline 06/09/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Question Submitted electronically Scope of Work Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: A. Roadway Grading and Surface Restoration 1. Re-grade access roads to restore proper drainage and drivable surface conditions. 2. Maintain existing road alignment and profile within +- 2 feet of existing grade. 3. Maintain a consistent 12-foot roadway width. 4. Re-establish proper cross-slope to promote drainage and reduce ponding B. Clearing and Vegetation Removal 1. Clear debris, sediment accumulation, and vegetation from: a. Roadway surface b. Roadway clearance and width vegetation trimming, with no more than 5% of canopy cover removal c. Roadside ditches d. Drainage dips e. Culvert inlets/outlets, if encountered f. Other drainage conveyance features 2. All removed materials shall be properly disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. C. Rut and Erosion Repair 1. Fill ruts, potholes, and depressions with suitable on-site material as necessary. 2. Compact repaired areas to minimize future erosion and surface failure. 3. Re-shape drainage features to maintain hydraulic functionality. D. Berm and Obstruction Removal 1. Minimize excess berms along roadway edges that may: a. Trap stormwater runoff b. Impede sheet flow c. Create unsafe driving conditions 2. Remove obstructions that could affect vehicle access or drainage performance. E. Temporary Creek Crossings - General 1. Install and remove, upon completion of work, four (4) temporary creek crossings along the Lower W HCTP to D-Structure location, which are shown in Attachment D and summarized below: a. Crossing No. 1 crosses Arroyo Conejo creek south of the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant. b. Crossing No. 2 crosses Arroyo Conejo creek southeast of Crossing No. 1. c. Crossing No. 3 crosses Arroyo Conejo creek approximately 400 feet southeast of Crossing No. 2. d. Crossing No. 4 crosses Arroyo Conejo creek east of the Shapell lateral valves
