Please confirm whether the project anticipates sawcutting, concrete removal, excavation, and slab restoration work to accommodate these cleanouts, if required. Cleanouts are inwall not floor. The wage determination appears to reference a plumber classification dated 2016. Please confirm the applicable plumbing labor classification and wage rate intended for this project. The contract will be a firm-fixed price award with a period of performance of 180 days from Notice to Proceed. The contractor must be within a 120-mile commutable radius to DSCR and have a publicly visible office on SAM.gov. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Offerors must submit all relevant information to assess technical acceptability, with emphasis on Sections 3, 4, and 7 of the Statement of Work. Partial proposals will not be accepted.
