Work generally includes removal and replacement of existing curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter, alley and driveway aprons, asphalt patching, and an asphalt overlay / mill at the following intersections: W. 25th Avenue and Kendall Street W. 22nd Avenue and Kendall Street W. 24th Avenue and Harlan Street Additional alternate work at W. 22nd Avenue and Pierce Street is included as a separately priced alternate that the City may or may not choose to award (see Alternate Bid below). Work shall be performed in conjunction with the most recent Colorado Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, the corresponding Standard Plans, and the project-specific Revisions of Sections attached as Exhibit B.
