Renovation of an educational facility in Kenai, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of providing all labor and materials to demo and replace the roof per contract documents at Nikiski North Star Elementary Roof. Qualified firms are invited to submit a firm price for acceptance. Bid packages may be submitted electronically through BidExpress.com or as a hard copy to the specified address. Hard copy bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name on the outside and clearly marked with the bid and project title. Firms are encouraged to participate from disadvantaged business enterprises, small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran-owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms. This contract is subject to the State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Question Deadline 06/24/2026 at 5:00 PM AKT QA deadline changed from 06/04/2026 as per Adda 1. Questions may be submitted through the online faxed to (907) 714-2373 oremailed to purchasing@kpb.us.
