Snow College is issuing this Invitation for Bids to establish a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest total cost for the installation of a 20' x 20' x 10' steel carport on a prepared cement pad. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the project. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards. Installation must be completed on or before August 01, 2026. No additional charges will be allowed after the bid is awarded. Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. Quotes submitted must comply with the specifications identified. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted; only the primary bid from a vendor will be considered.
