Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Saint Robert, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Installation of gravity sewer and forcemain sewer system. This Contract shall consist of furnishing and installing all the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all work required for the construction of the Project, in strict compliance with the Contract Documents herein mentioned. This project consists of installing approximately 2,700 LF of 10" 0 SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer, 17,900 LF of 8" 0 SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer, 130 LF of 8" 0 D.I.P. gravity sewer, 110 manholes, 350 LF of 12' wide gravel access road, 10,700 LF of dual 8" 0 SDR-21 PVC, 8,200 LF dual RJPVC or HD polyethylene plastic DR-11 forcemain sewer, 110 LF dual 4" and 60 LF dual 2" 0 SDR21 PVC, 570 LF 3" and 950 LF 2" single 0 SDR-21 PVC forcemain sewers, 2 fourplex liftstations, 2 emergency generators, 13 combination air release valves, 1 street and 1 state highway borings, and all related appurtenances to complete the project detailed within. The project must be completed in 730 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
