Setterlin Building Company has been awarded the new City Hall for the City of Jackson. This is a new construction (5B construction type) project consisting of just under 10,000sf in a two-story building. This building will include offices for City services, Council chambers, City Auditor, and Mayor on a vacant lot that was the original location of the demolished Memorial Building. Site improvements will include new parking, utilities, drive-through, new sidewalks, landscaping and site lighting. Site is vacant and visible for public viewing, but is fenced to secure access. If there is a need to enter fenced area, please coordinate with Justin Metzler This project will require all subcontractors to go through the prequalification process and any prospective subcontractors and suppliers must be pre-qualified. Only pre-qualified bidders can be awarded a contract.
