The project involves accepting sealed bids for the 2026 CTE Fiber Network Extension for Sweetwater County School District No. One, Rock Springs, Wyoming. Bidders must include all equipment specifications as stated in the bid documents in their proposals. Sealed bids are to be submitted in person or by mail to the Information Technology Department. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and split the award if it is in the best interest of the District. Wyoming product preference and a 5 percent preference for Wyoming bidders are highlighted as requirements. The Board of Trustees will accept the bid or bids they consider best. The project involves extending the existing district-owned fiber network running next to Yellowstone Road into the Sweetwater #1 CTE building at 3037 Yellowstone Road, Rock Springs, WY, 82901. Last day to submit questions is June 2, 2026.
