New construction of a municipal facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
Bids are being solicited for the construction of the new Washington County Public Safety Building. The project must be completed according to provided specifications, drawings, and the bid document in its entirety. Bidders must be fully qualified, experienced, and insured for projects of similar scale and scope. The project will be bid as a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Pricing) with an associated PLA (Project Labor Agreement). All submissions must be delivered to the Office of the County Controller and must include one unbound, unstapled original and three copies. The bids must be accompanied by a 5% security in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit, or bid bond made payable to the order of Washington County. All bids must be in the requested format and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and specifications. Bids must be valid for a minimum of 30 days following the opening. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bid offers. Any requests for information or clarification must be submitted in writing to the designated project team contacts. Late submissions will not be accepted. Any requests for clarification are due to be received no later June 5th, 2026. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or via phone.
