Demolition for a municipal facility in Washington, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington will receive bids for the California, Cross Creek, Deemston, Elco, and West Middletown Demolition Project No. BMP 26-02. Bid documents are available electronically at no charge or as hard copies for a non-refundable payment. Only bid documents received from the source will be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty of not less than ten percent of the total amount of the bid in accordance with contract document requirements. Contractors must pay not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set in the Contract Documents and must not discriminate based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Bids may be rejected or any informality waived. Bids may be held for up to forty-five days for review and investigation of qualifications. Contractors must be able to begin work within 15 days of contract execution and complete the work within 60 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
