The 2026 Seal Coat Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install approximately 109,053 square yards of PennDOT approved Seal Coat treatments to various streets of the Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Buffalo Township. Awarded bidder shall provide a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and 10% Maintenance Bond (1yr) for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $870.00 per calendar day. Buffalo Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof.
