Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Manns Choice, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed proposals are requested for the replacement of a culvert pipe on Hillegass Road (TR 447) per drawings designed by Lehman Engineers. Specifications and drawings can be obtained by contacting the township office. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the municipality. For third class cities, bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality; for other municipal types, this is at the municipality's discretion. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract is required from the successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. Liquidation damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
