The Board of Supervisors of Franklin Township seek bids for the SOUTHVIEW ESTATES – INFILTRATION TRENCH #2 REPLACEMENT PROJECT contract. Bid packages containing bidder's instructions, plans and specifications will be available digitally (PDF) from the Township website. Sealed bids labeled SOUTHVIEW ESTATES INFILTRATION TRENCH #2 REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID must be mailed to Franklin Township and will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Wednesday June 10, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held with Bidders at the Infiltration Trench #2 location on June 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read by Township Staff beginning at 10:15 a.m. on June 10, 2026, at the Municipal Building. The bids will be summarized and submitted to the Board of Supervisors for consideration at their regular meeting. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids in their entirety or any part thereof. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to Franklin Township. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond and certificate of insurance as applicable within 10 business days of the bid award as described in the bid package. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates will apply to this project, in addition to all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations.
