RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered. Verbal RFI(s) shall not receive a response. All responses to RFI questions shall be provided for clarification and information only and issued by formal addendum. The scope of work consists of mass grading of coral flats at Kawaihae Harbor, Hawaii Island. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $1,700,000.
