The Elmhurst Park District requests qualifications for Building Enclosure Commissioning services for the new 130,000 square foot Wagner Community Center. Architectural and engineering design is complete, and the project is in early construction phases. Respondents must include a fixed fee proposal for Base Building Enclosure Commissioning Services in a separate, sealed envelope submitted with the qualifications response. The sealed fee proposal will not be opened until after the qualifications-based review process. The response should be clearly marked for the Joanne B. Wagner Community Center RFQ for Building Enclosure Commissioning Services and addressed as specified.
