Construct a new water storage facility and demolish an existing water storage facility in accordance with issued construction drawings and specifications. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work under a firm-fixed-price construction contract. The scope includes general construction and demolition, as well as architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, electronics, telecommunications, and other related work as required by the construction documents. All work shall be performed to ensure full functionality and compliance with applicable standards, with a period of performance of 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
