Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construct a new water storage facility and demolish an existing water storage facility in accordance with issued construction drawings and specifications. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete the work under a firm-fixed-price construction contract. The scope includes general construction and demolition, as well as architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, electronics, telecommunications, and other related work as required by the construction documents. All work shall be performed to ensure full functionality and compliance with applicable standards, with a period of performance of 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 The period of performance will be 330 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Deadline for solicitation inquires is 06-25-2026 at 13:00 CT. RFIs shall be emailed to madeline.allison@va.gov.
