This project entails the construction of a new, single story structural CMU addition on the Broadmoor Elementary Campus. Finishes to include ACT ceilings & polished concrete. Exterior skin to be brick veneer & metal wall panels with Mod. Bit Roof System. As of September 22, 2026, this project has begun civil work; however, it is unknown when vertical construction is planned to begin. A general contractor has been selected. While a firm construction timeline has not yet been established, vertical construction is not expected to begin prior to November 2026.
