Removal of (2) existing rooftop air handling units and installation of (2) new hybrid gas -heat pump rooftop air handling units serving the gymnasium building 300 at Gibson Ek High School . Work includes duct work , curbs , controls , electrical , TAB , etc. A Bid Bond is required . A one hundred percent (100 %) contractor's Performance and Payment Bond ; a Public Works Contract (form supplied by Owner ) ; and Certificate (s) and Endorsement (s) of Issuance per the General Terms and Conditions are required before award is final . The Issaquah School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities . The right is reserved by the Issaquah School District to postpone contract award for the period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening . Bid date description: Bids may be dropped off at the Issaquah School District's main office . Each bid and other enclosures shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope , bearing the name and address of the Bidder and addressed to the Owner . Please mark lower left corner of the envelope "Issaquah School District Gibson Ek High School Gym Building HVAC Upgrade " Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omission from, the drawings or specifications, or be in doubt as to their meaning, the bidder should at once notify the Architect, who will send a written instruction to all bidders in the form of an addendum.
