Reference Number 0000425585 The project entails a multi-phased interior renovation encompassing approximately 19,300 square feet within the existing HCI North Laboratory and Breakroom Level 4 areas. The scope of work includes the renovation of laboratory spaces, support rooms, hallways, and stairwells, as well as the breakroom. Construction activities shall be carefully sequenced and coordinated to minimize disruption to ongoing operations within the facility and to maintain safety and functionality throughout all phases of the project. The University is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of Contractors will be based on the evaluation of proposals submitted and the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation documents contained herein. Short-listed Contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project. The only Contractors allowed to bid on this project will be Contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All Contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their Subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah.
