The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of approximately 111 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, including eleven (11) spot repairs, replacement of approximately fifteen (15) sanitary sewer laterals including approximately 287 linear feet of pipe, replacement of one (1) sanitary manhole, the lining of 578 linear feet of storm sewer main, curb restoration, sidewalk restoration, E&S control, and all associated materials, equipment, labor, and necessary appurtenances as outlined by the Contract Documents. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 141 of 2022 , known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
