The Town of Lincoln is soliciting bids for the replacement of the wading pool return lines at the Codman Pool Complex located at 4 Ballfield Road, Lincoln, MA, under MGL 30, 39M. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. Questions regarding this bid may be submitted to Jessica Downing - Parks and Recreation Director in writing via email (jdowning@lincnet.org) no later than Friday, June 12, 2026 at 12:00PM. The wading pool return line replacement project will take place at the existing wading pool located at the Codman Pool complex at 4 Ballfield Road in Lincoln, MA. The project will consist of: o Removal of existing perimeter pool tile. o Disposal of existing perimeter pool tile. o Saw cutting and removing sections of aggregate concrete deck from filter building to the wading pool. o Saw cutting and removing sections of pool floor to accommodate new return floor fitting. o Install new pvc plumbing and return floor fittings from filter to pool floor. o Concrete patch all affected areas. o Supply and install new perimeter waterline tile. o Prep and apply new pebble surface to pool interior. o Provide licensed electrician to bond rebar.
