Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are requested includes the following: Reconstruction of approx. 550 feet of Birch Street from 3rd Avenue to alley between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue 0 Street Reconstruction o Curb & Gutter Replacement o Sidewalk Replacement w/curb ramps Installation of Storm Manholes, Inlets and Pipe 0 Installation of Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction of approx. 550 feet of 9th Avenue from Berkley Bou-levard toward Draper Street. This project is an LRIP Project. o Mill Asphalt Surface o Curb & Gutter Replacement o 934' of 6" to 8" Watermain Pipe Bursting No bid will be accepted unless accom-panied by a certified check, cash, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid, made payable to the City Trea-surer, City of Baraboo, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the Bidder will execute and file the proposed con-tract and bonds within ten (10) days after the Award of Contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original cer-tified check, cash, or bid bond to the City of Baraboo within 72 hours of the bid opening, Attn: Lori Laux, City Treasurer, 101 South Boulevard, Baraboo, WI 53913. No bid may be withdrawn and each bid will be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
