Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dimondale, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of improvement to QUINCY STREET CURB & GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS (WESTERLY END TRAFFIC CIRCLE) with the construction of curb and gutter on the westerly end circle drive, all within the street row and within the Dimondale Village limits: construction shall include areas of bituminous saw cutting; existing asphalt removal; grading & prep road edge for curb and gutter; installation of concrete, curb & gutter; installation of a concrete approx. 310 ft of spillway; bit asphalt replacement; singing and traffic control; cleanup and restoration and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.
